- A tablespoon of chia seeds.
- The juice of half a lemon.
- A glass of water.
- A tablespoon of honey (of your choice).
- Prepare a glass of water in which you put a tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Let it sit for at least an hour to have a gelatin mixture.
- Extract the lemon juice and add it to the mixing glass.
- If you want to have a sweet drink, you can add a tablespoon of honey of your choice.
HOW TO CONSUME THIS DRINK?
