Prince William addresses Kate Middleton’s health with a somber expression.
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTAs) welcomed numerous famous guests, with perhaps the most prominent being the Prince of Wales and future King of England. Despite his royal stature, he appeared visibly distressed as he discussed his wife’s health.
Kate Middleton, Prince William’s wife of 13 years, recently underwent abdominal surgery at The London Clinic for reasons undisclosed to the public. Prince William made it clear that he had no intentions of divulging the details of her condition, aligning with the Royal Family’s tendency to maintain privacy regarding health matters.
While the Royal Family typically keeps health matters under wraps, King Charles III notably chose to be transparent about his own prostate surgery and subsequent cancer diagnosis.
Reflecting on his recent experiences, Prince William admitted, “I’ve watched fewer films than ever before. With my wife, it’s been a bit… But I hope we catch up; I’ll make my list tonight.”
